Elisabeth:

·      Has extensive experience in Career Management, Consulting, Coaching and Counselling, holds a post-graduate degree in Career Management & Counselling from Birkbeck University of London and is a trained, qualified and accredited Executive Coach.

·      Has supported over 500 individuals and coached over 2,000 hours at all levels (Senior Management through to front line operational staff) from a variety of sectors (private, public, voluntary sector and housing), backgrounds and experiences.

·      Is an experienced and flexible Careers Counsellor, Coach & Consultant with over 35 years experience in the Career Management field including group training, and over 25 years of career coaching individuals in career transition, career review, redeployment and redundancy situations.

·      Facilitates the journey for individuals to move from their current employment situation to take up new career opportunities within the organisation or to move on to find work elsewhere.

·      Is an Accredited Executive Coach and a Member of the Association for Coaching and has undertaken the ILM Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring at Level 5 & 7.

·      Is committed to her own continuous professional development and undertakes regular supervision as part of developing her practice.
